frost
So it's begun...My car windows had frost on them this morning...
On a postive note, my car does very well at heating up fast...
But my hands have that bone-deep chill that will be around for the next 6 months (at least)...
On a positive note, the sunrise this morning was glorious, all pink and purple and orange...
Yet I could hardly enjoy it because the frosty air stole my breath, which I could see in little puffs in front of me...
On a positive note, I pulled out my electric blanket and cuddled beneath it, feeling all warm and toasty.
It's 36 flippin degrees (F) outside...brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
But it is supposed to get up to 65 (F) by this afternoon.
With those balancing statements, I bid you, Happy Monday.

The sunrise this morning was stunning, wasn't it?? And even better, the full moon low on the horizon with wispy clouds fading in and out in front of it. And the fog lifting slowly off the ground. And the trees of 1,000 shades. Oh, our Creator is a lover of beauty.
YES! Winter cometh at last!!! :-D Sorry - I'm a dedicated fall/winter fan, and the thought of finally being through the heat and into the blessed coolness of the cold months makes me smile...
