Spring is in the air...
...My nasal passages tell me so. It's so annoying to be plagued with allergies such as I am today. I'm not one to forget things very easily, but today I forgot my id number when going for lunch...completely missed the numbers...I have to blame it on the congested feeling in my head making me groggy and spacey. I'm surprised I was able to write stories for tomorrow's broadcast. (Check them out at Mission Network News for April 20th...one about Young Life camps and another about Food for the Poor's Mother's Day gift-giving plan. You can give a goat in honor of your mother! How awesome is that!)Anyway, the sun is shining and it's 82 degrees F (28 C)!!!! Summertime, it seems. There's a prettyish little tree outside my work window that has been emerging from its winter brown...green leaves and white flowers that look amazing. Love it...{sneeeeeze}...even though my body doesn't.
Once again this happens...first flying, now the coming of spring...what am I to do or learn about this? My body objects to things I love...somehow, must conquer it. good grief! Why can't my body object to boring or horrible things?! ah well, carry on and put up with it, nonetheless. :-)
