With the rush of the holiday season now upon us, I'm making the move to take a blogging sabbatical for the month of December to fully engage with the Season of joy, giving and love...and to live in the realities of relationships and being fully alive.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and may your holiday season be filled with a richer sense of God's grace and love and the joys of serving Him!

It's been easy to deceive myself into thinking greatness is something "out there" that I define and pursue, when in reality greatness happens right here through living and loving well and looking back to see how great God has been to work through me in spite of myself.

Traveling, culture, change, communicating, being out-of-the-box - these things, though I'm passionate for them, pale in comparison to the ONE THING I desire to be about.
