I'm baaaaaacckk.....

I guess habits are made and broken within 40 days, for it's been more than 6 weeks since I last posted here, and it really hasn't bothered me too much. Yet, I see on my little visitor map that I still have regular visitors...interesting to say the least. :-) "Thanks folks!"

It's amazing how much can be packed into 6 weeks...where to begin? December was an absolutely crazy month...besides everything that goes along with Christmas (shopping, parties, too much sugar, family get-togethers, Christmas with the boyfriend's family, running from here and there...), I also thought it'd be fun to move house, finish up my seminary semester, finalize details to wrap up my job at Mission Network News, prepare for the Urbana convention with MNN, oh, and have a birthday. :-) Needless to say, I was a bit busy, so not blogging or checking blogs for a month was a good thing!

So 2007 is upon us, and as I think about this year, the mental picture I have is one of throwing up my hands and letting go...think stacks of paper and junk and details and stuff grasped so tightly that nothing else can be held to...now think flinging my hands and all its contents into the air and running freely to grasp hold of something greater...that's what I think of for 2007. So I'm rather excited. I'll try to post random thoughts and happenings in this 'sabbatical' time of my life, for it's sure to be full of good things.
